Sea Glass Management now offers property monitoring services for homeowners who will be off island for extended periods. Whether you’re a snowbird or just happen to be leaving for a few months, let us be your eyes and ears.

 

Our staff will visit your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. During our site visit, we open up your house, turn on all the lights and appliances, and make sure everything is working properly. We look for unusual odors and signs of leaks. Everything is documented via a written report and pictures, which is then forwarded to the homeowner.

 

If there are any issues or repairs that need to be addressed, Sea Glass Management is able to help you obtain proposals and supervise contractors. Rest assured, you’re in good hands!

 

Rates

 

Our property monitoring services start at $60 per visit up to $230 per visit, depending on the size of your home and the frequency of our visits. Ask our staff for more details.

 

Additional Services
